IEEE-USA recently held its first virtual career fair, where local volunteer Joe Cioletti was recognized for
his efforts as part of the organizing committee. The fair was a great success, Y achieving:
• 2,069 registered attendees
• 997 logged in live (48% turnout — far above industry standards!)
• 40+ hiring companies | 150+ recruiters
• 500+ jobs & internships posted
• 2,000+ job applications submitted
• 47 live interviews conducted during the event
• 20,700+ booth visits | 10,700+ unique visits
• High engagement in live sessions and networking roundtables
