On 1 January 2015, the IEEE Technology Management Council transitioned to the IEEE Technology and Engineering Management Society (TEMS), a Society dedicated to helping technology professionals and managers optimize their career opportunities and organizational effectiveness. The transition allows for individual memberships within the newly formed Society, increased collaboration in conquering the job market, and a more direct personal connection to the community than ever before.
