Welcome to the CTS Austin, Texas Life Member Group, website for Life Members in Austin. Here you will find important announcements, calendar of events, information on officers, other units, and useful links. Please use the navigation menu on top to browse the pages.



Life Member is a membership grade of the IEEE. Members automatically reach this grade when their age and years of IEEE membership total 100. Within the Central Texas Section, there are two Life Members Groups: one in San Antonio and another in Austin. 



The Life Member-Austin Group had changed the meeting time to 6-8 PM since September 2018. We meet on the third Tuesday of the month. Venue is Pok-e-Jo's BBQ at 2121 W. Parmer Lane, Austin.
